Cornerstone Co-op is currently accepting nominations for the Board of Directors.
Are you interested in helping guide the future of a locally owned business that invests back into the communities we serve? Serving as a director on the Cornerstone Co-op Board is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our organization while representing the interests of our members.
Cornerstone Co-op is owned by more than 34,000 members across our trading area. Our Board of Directors plays an important role in providing governance, setting long-term strategic direction, and ensuring the co-operative continues to operate in the best interest of its members and communities.
Available Positions
There are positions available for election in 2026, each for a three-year term.
Directors are responsible for:
- Providing governance and oversight of the organization
- Representing the interests of Cornerstone Co-op members
- Supporting the long-term vision and sustainability of the co-operative
- Participating in board meetings and strategic planning
Nomination Process
Members interested in running for the Board of Directors must complete a nomination package.

Annual General Meeting
The Cornerstone Co-op Annual General Meeting will be held on June 4, 2026. Election results will be announced at the AGM.
