Mental Health Support Fund
Mental Health Support Fund
What is the Mental Health Support Fund?
The Mental Health Support Fund distributes funding to support community-based mental health initiatives across Cornerstone Co-opβs trading area.
Funds are raised through Communities in Mind, Cornerstone Co-opβs annual mental health awareness and fundraising campaign held each February. All funds raised are invested locally, ensuring meaningful impact in the communities where they were generated.
The fund supports initiatives that promote mental wellness, strengthen protective factors, and improve access to mental health and addiction supports for individuals and families.
How Funding Works
- Funds are raised annually through the Communities in Mind campaign
- The application period opens April 1 each year
- Applications are reviewed by the Cornerstone Co-op Marketing Team
- Funding is allocated until available funds are fully disbursed
- Funding is intended to support project-based or program-specific initiatives
