Signing up is simple and secure! Follow these steps to enroll:

Download the Authorization Form: The form at the bottom of this page outlines the options available for email delivery. You can choose the types of communications you wish to receive electronically.
Complete the Form: Provide your member name, member number, and up to three email addresses where you'd like your eStatements delivered. Be sure to initial next to your preferences.
Submit Your Form: Email your completed form to estatements@cornerstone.crs, fax it to 780-645-3270, or return it in person to your nearest Cornerstone Co-op location.
